Read and work with monitoring data. This is also designated as "Housekeeping". This is temperature/power data from ReadoutBoards, Preamps, Powerboards, LTBs and the MasterTriggerBoard.

This module provides access to the different containers holding the monitoring data.

The *Series allows to basically convert binary files to polars dataframes
