The IPBus standard encodes several packet types.

The packet type then will instruct the receiver to either write/read/etc. values from its registers.

Technically, the IPBusPacketType is only 1 byte!

Variants

Read = 0

Write = 1

ReadNonIncrement = 2

For reading multiple words, this will read the same register multiple times

WriteNonIncrement = 3

RMW = 4

Unknown = 99

This is not following IPBus packet specs
